Communicator Mobile Configuration

1. Install the Office Communicator Mobile client on your device:

2. Certificate Revocation List (CRL) is used for maintaining certificate based access to specific resources such as servers. For corporate use we need to disable this list checking in the registry. Click here to download and execute: DisableCRLCheck

3. Start the Communicator Mobile program

• Tap the “Options” menu at the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
• Tap the “Accounts” tab at the bottom of the next screen.
• Fill in the “Sign-in name”, “Domain\user name”, and “Password” edit-boxes.
  
Please note that you should use your primary e-mail address if you have multiples.
• Check the “Remember password” box.
• Tap the “General” tab.
• If you’ve installed the .cab file to disable the Certificate Revocation List checking in #1 above, this set of information should already be filled in for you.
• If not, enter this information into the appropriate fields
          Server Name: <server name>
          Connect using: TLS
          Sign in as: Automatic
• Click "Ok".
• Tap the “Sign In” menu item at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

Note: If your device is connected to the sync-cable or cradled, the sign-in will probably fail. Disconnect the device from the sync cable or un-cradle it and try again.
